1. Badshahi Masjid (Mosque) Lahore

Badshahi Masjid (mosque) constructed between 1671-1673, in Lahore by Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb. This is largest masjid (mosque) in Lahore and the 5th largest masjid (mosque) in the world. The Badshahi Masjid (Mosque) looks very charming and attractive from for away and the tourist can also see the beauty of the masjid (mosque) from long distance. Badshahi Masjid (Mosque) has a large courtyard with eight minarets  (4 major/high and 4 small/minor) and 3 big domes. The height of main tower approximately 175 foot. Badshahi Masjid (Mosque) looks like made with red marble. The masjid (mosque) located one of the corner of wall city of Lahore. A small area of the masjid (mosque) known as the most sacred of the building. The Minar-e-Pakistan, Hazori Bagh, Food Street and Lahore Fort located with b\Badshahi Masjid (mosque). 2. Minar-e-Pakistan

Minar-e-pakistan is very historical place for Pak-Indo Muslims. The place where Minar-e-Pakistan was build, known as Iqbal Park. This park is the biggest city park in Lahore. Minar-e-Pakistan is that place where Pakistan Resolution passed on 23march 1940. This is also one of the famous monument in Pakistan. the famous minaret was design by Naseer-ud-Din Khan (design combination of modern and mughal's architecture). On this construction, approximate cost nearly 7.5 million rupees. Minar-e-Pakistan has a vast open ground with decorated different plants and flowers. Park has also a beautiful lake. Park divide in different areas. A large area fill with water (lake). A specific area also fix for exercise and a small area for children. This park famous as "Yaadgar" by local people. People really enjoy to visit this park.

3. Lahore Fort (Shahi Fort Lahore)

Lahore Fort is considered one of the important and famous fort in Pakistan. The fort locally referred as "shahi qila".  It's located northwestern corner of Walled City Lahore, Iqbal Park. The great building of Lahore fort is result of centuries' construction. According to some old histories, Wali-ullah-khan come in Lahore and refers to construct a fort in Lahore early 11th century. The building of Lahore Fort was destroyed several time because many armies was attacked different time at Lahore. The fort was extended by the different reigns of Mughal's like Shah Jahan, Jahangir and Aurangzeb. Later on the fort was also extended by Sikh occupation of Ranjit Singh and some repairing was also done in British Rules. Shahi Fort building was so amazing and surprising for the tourists. Many well known places in this fort like Sheesh Mahal, Elephant Stairs, Hamam-e-Shahi (Royal Bath), Moti Masjid (Pearl Mosque), Makateeb Khana (Guest Reception Chamber) and many others. 4. Jahangir's Tomb (Tomb of Jahangir)

Jahangir Tomb is the largest tomb in all over Pakistan and it's the only Mughal's tomb remain in Pakistan. Jahangir's Tomb located Shahdara Bagh, Lahore City. Jahangir's Tomb is a masterpiece one of the other Mughal architectures during Mughal's reign. Mughal Emperor Jahangir was ruled 1605 to 1627 and his tomb was constructed during 1627-37. This tomb's construction completed at 1637 and approximate price 10-lac rupees on that period. The tomb is in square shape and has four tower height of nearly 100 feet. The shrine is spread over a large area and hundreds of thousands people yearly visit to Jahangir's Tomb. Tomb is so amazing and realize the beauty of ancient architecture. The location of the tomb is just before the Lahore City.

5. Shalimar Garden Lahore

Lahore is frequently portrayed as "city of garden" and the Shalimar Garden, every so often written as Shalamar Garden is one of the famous Mughal's Garden Complex in Lahore City. Shalimar Garden was constructed between 1633 to 1642. The design of this garden just like a three broad floor and covered with surrounded by big high bricks wall. In this garden, all portions have a unique system for water reservoir with fountains. Specially the middle portion has a magnificent fountains system. The place where Shalimar Garden located, a famous festival known as "Mela Charangan" held yearly celebrated at shrine of Hazrat Madhu lal Hussain.

6. Lahore Museum

The Lahore Museum is top of the famous museum in Pakistan. It's also surely understood as "Lahore Ajaib Ghar". The building originally was constructed 1865-1866 near site of hall or building of Punjab Exhibition in 1864. But later on, the museum shifted to current location on the mall road of Lahore. The present building of the museum, designed by a well-known architect (engineer) Sir Ganga Ram. The Lahore Museum has some priceless specimens of different heritage & archaeological material. These archaeological material belong to pro-historical time to Hindu Shahi Period. Museum has the large collection of painting the period of Mughal, Sikh and British rules. Also has specimens of doorways and wood work belong to Sikh and Mughal period. Museum has many other collection like pottery, armory, ancient jewelery, some type of musical instruments. 7. Lahore Zoo

The Lahore Zoo is the largest zoo in Pakistan and considered one of the biggest zoo in South Asia. The Lahore Zoo was built up in 1872. In 1872, Lal Mahundra Ram donated a Aviary Bird to the municipal corporation of Lahore and later on animals collection increased day by day and the zoo was expended. The landscaping, exhibits, layout of Lahore Zoo was upgraded in 1982 and it's become a self-finance organization. Different types of birds and animals was gifted by the people from entire Pakistan. The location of The Lahore Zoo was easy approach and Punjab Assembly, Wapda House, Alhamra Art Council and some security office are located nearby zoo.

There are two food streets in Lahore, Gawalmandi Food Street and Lahore Fort Food Street. Both are the famous for its different variety of foods. Lahroe is famous by many names like "city of garden" "heart of pakistan" "traditional food center" and many others. Both places are design for the availability variety of foods.

Gawalmandi Food Street

Gawalmandi Food Street is so interesting place because the site surrounded by more than hundred year old buildings. The Gawalmandi Food Street open 24/7. Famous shopping bazar Anarkali, Mayo Hospital and Lakshami Chowk are the famous places located near Gawalmandi Food Street.

Lahore Fort Food Street

Shahi Qila (Lahore Fort) Food Street was inaugurated, January 2012. It is little expensive compared to Gawalmandi Food Street. The location of this food street is historic because of Badhsahi Masjid (mosque), Lahore Fort and typical view of old city Lahore.

Both places are the unique tourist attraction for food in Lahore. Food streets also called hub of Lahori Cuisine.

9. Anarkali Bazar Lahore

Anarkali is a famous and oldest bazaar (marketplace) in Lahore. It's also one of the oldest bazaar (marketplace) in South Asia. The market was named by a famous character of Anarkali. Anarkali (a young girl) was slave (courtesan) of Mughal Emperor Akbar. This young girl Anarkali buried alive by the instruction of Mughal Emperor Akbar. A famous mausoleum of Qutbud-din-aybak is also located in Anarkali Bazaar (marketplace). The market has seen a rush of people all the time because the famous and important market in Lahore.

10. Wahga Border Lahore

Wagah is a famous village in Lahore near road border between Pakistan & Indian. This road border is crossing used for different kind of goods transit. Local transit between Lahore and Amritsar depend on this road (grand trunk road). Here is a railway station (Wagah Railway Station) at this border area.
